The City of Piatra Neamt is located in the North-Eastern part of Romania, and has a population of about 125,000 inhabitants. ISPA measure consists of three parallel work’s contracts:

Rehabilitation and extension of the water supply network;

Extension and rehabilitation of the sewerage network and
-
Rehabilitation of the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Works will consists of extension of the water collection network in several town districts and rehabilitation of water intakes, reservoirs, pumping stations and network in central town areas and SCADA system to operate the water network.
The SCADA will be used to monitor and control well fields, a lake surface water intake, 10 reservoirs, pumping and booster stations.
In the framework of the supervision and asssitance to ISPA of Hill International, I will provide a review of the specifications and bid documents, assistance to the FIDIC (yellow book) tendering process and to the implementation phase of the works (6.399.761euro)..
