C.LOTTI is an engineering consulting company specialized in the hydraulic field and in the public infrastructures design; the company is assisting Regia Apa Canal, the water utility company of the Chisinau city, in the privatisation and restructuring process; in this framework the re-design and modernisation of the information system was one of the pre-requisites for the privatisation.
In the framework of the project "Chisinau Water Service Corporate Development Assistance" a study of the company organization, information flows and automatization needs has been performed.
The information system has been designed and specifications for the realization were issued. The resulting investment (estimate of 1 million US$) for equipment, software, training etc., will be financed by EBRD.
