The "Instituto Promoción y Desarrollo Agrario (IPDA)" is a NGO created to execute studies and researches, investment projects and training in the environmental and agricultural field; these projects are focused on the sustainable socio-economic development of Peru.
I'm assisting IPDA in the process developing and financing of the projects:

Forestación y Reforestación, en el Distrito de Pias-La Libertad-Perú

Forestación con aguas de la planta de tratamiento de S.Bartolo, Lima Perú
All the above projects (details here) have been developed in the framework of the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) which has been defined under article 12 of the Kyoto Protocol to promote foreign investment in greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction options while simultaneously addressing the issue of sustainable development.
The Project Idea Note (PIN) has been approved by the local authority FONAM and IPDA is now in the phase of Project Design Document (PDD) development.
